Delta (3.5-0.5 Hz)

Delta brainwaves are associated with the deepest possible relaxation. Delta sleep is deep sleep, with the lowest metabolic rate, lowest red blood pressure and body temperature, and the slowest heart rate. In meditation, it is associated with the experience of being totally immersed in the void.

Gamma (40 Hz and Above)

The Frequency Following Effect of the Brain
